It is really exciting that the Montana primary MATTERS for the first time in my voting life. I mean, I always vote but it is usually rather obsolete by the time it gets down to Montana, Puerto Rico and South Dakota.
Get yer blank t shirts ready to be spiffed! There is a rally in Caras Park in Missoula this Saturday from 2-5pm. If you bring a t shirt and a contribution to the Obama campaign, my friend Elizabeth will emblazon an uber cool design on the previously boring piece of apparel. For those that don’t live in Montana and want a t shirt and to make a donation to Obama’s campaign, e mail me (will I regret this?) at nicirae at gmail dot com and I’ll work something out with you.

Totally cool. I want the Montana one.
Thanks for the heads-up!
This is so exciting! I voted 2 weeks ago, in my mind he is already there. I forwarded this on to the Obama group here in Red Lodge.
xo, Mom, (an Obama Boomer!)
First of all, I want to say that it is so refreshing to read blogs and comments where people are actually voting!!! Too many people I talk to actually say they don’t vote. No matter how many times I hear it, it is a total shock to my system.
Now, I want to pose a question. That is, what is it about Barack Obama that people like? I have posed this question to many people and I have YET to get a straight answer. So please, seriously, write to me and tell me why you like this guy!! I am a die-hard Hillary supporter and still hold out hope. My reasons for liking her? I know her history of being a humanitarian and when I log on to her website, her exact plans for change are spelled out. With Barack, it’s a mystery to me. I’m inspired to hear him speak but I am scared because I do not know where he is coming from or where he is going.
Email me at [email protected].
Thanks you all!

I’m in Bozeman and similarly thrilled to be part of a big election. Also pleased to find another Montana gardener/blogger. I’m sure there are lots, but I’m so new to this I don’t know who/where they are. So anyway, go up to your M and look southwest on a clear day, and maybe you’ll see me waving from our M.
